FREQUENCY TRANSVERTER MAVI T17/T17-A
As the first in the World MAVI presents a new interband transverter 2x2 MIMO 5GHz/17GHz. It has the smallest size and very good parameters. Transverter T17-A integrated with parabolic antenna can be used for 17GHz free band microwave link. To achieve this you only need to connect transverter to 5GHz type 802.11n or 802.11ac router/access point and we will get respectively up to 300Mbps or up to 867Mbps data transmission capacity for 17GHz free band. Above solution is the only way to use 17GHz free band at a reasonable price.
In practice it means that, we can link three radio links for 17GHz band using transverter T17/T17-A at the price level like for one typical microwave link.
If we have a radio link for 5GHz band it is very easy to change it to 17GHz band.
You only need to replace existing bipolar 5GHz antenna with T17 transverter.
Solid antenna's grip made of 2.5mm thickness galvanized steel plate, aluminium antenna and milled aluminium case
guarantee long operation period.
The whole device including assemble clamps weights 2.43kg and is in confirmance with the IP67 protection class.
During operation it is possible to upgrade this microwave link according to technical progress by
replacing router/ access point with a new model, which guarantee faster data transmission.
There is no need of replacing our transverter T17/T17-A.
Transverter T17 technical data (linear transmit power, phase noise) are up to requirements of present and future
devices with huge reserves. You can operate on narrow channel and any wide for example 160MHz.
Presented frequency transverter is used to convert 5.1GHZ to 17GHz free band frequency. There are two versions available:
T17 - model which can be connected to any offset parabolic antenna
T17-A - model with integrated offset parabolic antenna MAVI of diameter 30cm and robust mounting to the mast and cables for connection to router.
